Be a pivotal part of our transformation journey as a Global Domain Migration Lead. Your role will focus on leading data migration tasks for the objects under your responsibility to ensure a smooth transition to the new system, ensuring collaboration between Regional and Local Business.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Comprehensive understanding of business process and associated data.

  • Own Data Object Scope for the respective domain.

  • Act as primary point of contact for the stakeholdersin terms of data migration scope definitionfor their domain.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including MDS, business, and external vendors, to ensure seamless data migration execution.

  • Co-deliver the data migration workshops and discussions aroundthe respective domain data objects.

  • Contribute to the design of data orchestration processes.

  • Provide expertise and direction on data migration strategy for the objects under his/her responsibility.

  • Responsible to monitor Data Cleansing activities such as Master Data cleansing, write off activities, etc. in partnership with the Regional assigned transformation team.

  • Coordinate with Global Governance/Data Owner to enforce data standards by providing first line of support for the data designs cross-functionally.

  • Lead on initialdata profiling rulesin close partnership with our Data Migration Partner and SAP DMLT Team

  • Partner with Regional Data Migration SME ensure adherence to Global Data Modeland Standards Implementations.

  • Review, ensure the CDDs/KDEs are consistent with the global and regional governancemodel in partnership with Regional Data Migration SME and functions.

  • Provide support toRegional Data Migration SMEin Data Verification and Validation

  • Document data models,rules and other data assets in Enterprise Data Catalogue.

  • Translate relevant defects into adjustments for CDDs rules where appropriate.

  • Proactively address any risks associated with data cleansing and migration.

  • Provide regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, milestones, and any potential issues or challenges. Foster open communication channels to facilitate transparency and collaboration. ​

What you will bring

The ideal candidate should possess a diverse skill set and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in fulfilling the requirements of the role:

  • Experience (3-5 years) in data migration within the large projects in multiple regions/markets, preferably in the context of SAP S4/HANA implementations and/or data management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions , including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, leveraging these tools to facilitate communication, collaboration, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions to achieve project milestones.

  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication in English , with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , detail-oriented,with the ability to translate business requirements into practical data solutionsand driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in data management , with a focus on data proces s, governan c e, and quality , preferably in the context of SAP S4hana implementations in multinational FMCG environment

  • Experience with d ata cataloging , cleansing and migration tools and techniques, as well as metadata management principles.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to data migration.

  • Strong track record of driving change and innovation , with the ability to think outside the box and embrace an agile and growth mindset.

  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
