Salary: From 2 500 € brutto / month+ variable bonus*

What You Need to Make Real What Matters:

• Work effectively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts, building constructive and effective relationships.

• Evaluate information technology systems and provide suggestions for better alignment with business needs.

• Develop IT plans and create implementation requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Integrate business requirements into a strategic framework at the IT infrastructure level.

• Draft reports to assist decision-makers in choosing the right tools.

• Specialize in quality and productivity, demonstrating a dedication to excellence.

• Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in utilizing Lean tools and methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.

• Ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

• Proven ability to drive change and achieve results in dynamic environments.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in process mapping and modelling using tools such as Signavio and Visio.

• Proficient in quality improvement methodologies and tools.

• Strong capabilities in business analysis to understand and optimize processes.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing change initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of Lean Management practices such as 5S, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), and Kaizen.

• Background in industrial engineering, emphasizing efficiency and process improvements.

• Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Skilled in analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.

• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• A strong commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
