Job Title: Shop Laborer
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Shop Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly of vacuum-formed plastic and composite parts, as well as deburring and finishing machined and formed components. This role also involves bonding and fastening parts per specifications, assisting in general shop maintenance and organization, and following work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements.
Responsibilities
Assemble vacuum-formed plastic and composite parts
Deburr and finish machined and formed components
Bond and fasten parts according to specifications
Assist in general shop maintenance and organization
Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure compliance with aerospace requirements
Essential Skills
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace (preferred but not required)
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
