Stockman Bank of Montana GALLATIN VALLEY MARKET TELLER TRAINER in Bozeman, Montana
This position requires the individual to travel to and work at all five branches in the market.
Position General Responsibilities:
This position aids the Gallatin Valley Market Operations Officer with teller training and operational duties as they relate to the teller line. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to reporting, analyzing, reviewing, reconciling, and completing necessary reports and certifications. This position will also fill in as needed in the event of vacations, unexpected PTO/leave, and per business needs.

Basic Qualifications:
Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
2-3 years experience as a teller.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Driver's License
Dimension of Job:
Assist the Market Operations Officer in training and development of teller staff. Provide support to Teller Supervisors in establishing clear performance objectives for employees and assist in providing feedback to tellers on performance progress or issues. This position will include back up duties on the teller line which may include performing as a teller in a drawer. The individual will be required to travel and work at all locations within the Gallatin Valley Market. Aid the Market Operations Officer with multiple administrative duties as may be assigned, including producing reports, supporting customers, maintaining files and assisting with certifications and other audit functions. This position will evolve as Stockman Bank and the Gallatin Valley Market grow.
