The Ecommerce Associate Category Manager reports into the Category Manager, Repair & Replace and will oversee the omni-channel experience for the Design and Home categories on Camping World's website.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage online assortments and work to expand assortments across categories via our robust ship from vendor program

• Work to forecast and then meet or exceed sales and margin goals each month in managed categories

• Collaborate with retail buying team to optimize online sales by establishing assortment strategies for the omni-channel customer.

• React to selling trends by planning promotions within categories to drive sales

• Assist the digital marketing team in turning in-store merchandising strategies into optimal website experiences that include giving input into what products and categories are featured in site sections, on the home page, and in emails

• Adjust online merchandising strategy based on customer feedback, competitor actions, in-stock levels and markdowns.

• Provide reporting for categories on a regular basis and use insight to guide buying and marketing strategies

• Additional projects and tasks as required

Personality:

Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and a clear focus on a high quality of work.

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS in Merchandising, Business, or Marketing

• 2+ years' experience in an Ecommerce and/or Merchandising role

• Proven ability to analyze and improve processes, measure results, and achieve financial goals.

• Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and initiative in completing tasks.

• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, clearly and concisely and interact effectively at all levels and across the organization.

Pay Range:

$56,900.00-$85,400.00 Annual
