In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintains records and processes for various quality system functions, including but not limited to complaints, NCMRs, deviations, change management, document control, audits, training or other duties, as assigned

• Prepare reports of quality system performance for internal departmental use, as well as management review

• Assist in the development of content for and delivery of training on various quality system functions.

• Interact professionally and efficiently with manufacturing and support staff; administrates/coordinates the intra-department functionality of the eQMS with departments throughout the facility.

• Other duties as assigned.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a quality assurance role required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in medical devices or in vitro diagnostics.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong verbal, written, analytical, and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.

• Ability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $75,000-$85,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
