Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated assembler to perform highly repetitive, simple short-cycle mechanical assembly tasks. This role involves following prescribed routines where the method of assembly is straightforward. The assembler will handle moderate to heavy components frequently and may need to walk or stand most of the time. The position requires the ability to follow demonstrated steps and make simple adjustments with liberal tolerances.
Responsibilities
Run the schedule with precision and accuracy, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Follow written instructions and drawings to ensure proper assembly and quality standards.
Package and label products efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.
Utilize exceptional attention to detail to identify and apply the correct assembly parts.
Perform computer transactions to track product progress and inventory levels.
Keep up with company work schedule expectations and the physical demands of the job.
Understand and decipher part numbers.
Meet defined production expectations and be on-time to schedule.
Read and recognize assembly parts and their subcomponents by size for application of assembly.
Essential Skills
6+ months of large part assembly experience.
Manual dexterity.
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly.
Ability to read a tape measure.
Basic math and computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with grinding and using hand tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
