Job Description
Become a key member of the LEGO Retail team, focusing onoptimizingthe search marketing funnel and collaborating withchannelleadsto enhance global performance.
You'llmanage PPC campaigns and work with specialists to develop strategies that boost brand engagement and increase visitor numbers totheLEGOGroup’sdigital platforms!
Core Responsibilities
Uncover optimization opportunitiesfor upper funnelsearch marketing
With the channelleadwork toidentifyand develop new performance driving opportunities for search across global markets
Ensuring that efficient methods arefollowedand opportunities are being highlighted within the In-house team
Work with brand marketing channel leads and the digital insights team tomonitorperformance across any activity that has been launched
Build out campaigns,monitoronce launched and report on results to internal partners
Work with the channel specialists to launch YouTube,searchand display campaigns
Manage day to day running of the PPC campaigns in Google & Bing, using Bid management tools to deliver results and report on these findings to partners
Support the teams Specialists and Managers to deliver the KPI’s set by the business while launching new products and campaigns

LEGO Retail is a fast-paced, energetic team which is focused on building up the LEGO Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on ecommerce and audience-first brand building experiences. Working within our branded ecosystem, this role is strongly tied to digital full funnel metrics that support not onlythe onlinebusiness, but the wider LEGO Group. Further, withLEGO.com’sunique position as a brand lighthouse, this role will focus on building brandengagement, andultimately findinginnovative ways to deliver incremental visitors and shoppers into the LEGO world – with a keen eye on data and insights.
Do you have what it takes ?
Proven experience in paid search marketing roles
Experience in search advertising acrossnumerousmarkets, including non-English languages, withtrack recordfor developing both local and global campaigns
Paid search knowledge including account and keyword strategies, remarketing, metrics and targets, script development or account automation tools, and related products
Hands-on operational experience in bid management platformsieSA360, Skai (formally Kenshoo), Marin, but preferably Adobe Advertising Cloud
Hands-on operational experience of search technology platforms,eg.Google and Bing ads
Knowledge of analytics, with experience of creating audience segments, pushing these to execution, campaign optimization, and evaluation.ie. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Strong presentation skills and confident communicator
Experience working agency side or with a brand on search marketing, focusing on important metrics including on site engagement
Budgeting skills, with a skill for categorizing spends across key campaign activities and planned outcomes
Can work independently, but collaboratively
Experience working with global campaigns and an understanding of working with language localization preferred
An excellent teammate and problem solver who collaborates effectively
Understanding of dashboarding technologieseg.Tableu,Datarama, Data Studio,omniscopeetc.preferred
Fluency in Englishrequired; French, Spanish or other languages, a plus!
Additional details on this position
The salary for this position has a range of $66,000 - $99,000 USD based onanticipatedresponsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors,including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.The comprehensiveremunerationdetails, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.
