• Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, with a focus on using these tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights, with the capability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in Google Ad, with a track record of creating and managing effective ad campaigns.

• Strong understanding of online advertisements, including creation, placement, and performance analysis.

• Solid foundation in analytics, with the ability to extract insights from data to optimize marketing efforts.

• Experience in blogging, with an emphasis on creating content that drives traffic and enhances brand visibility.

• Proven ability to increase brand awareness through innovative digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Experience in campaign planning, including the development, execution, and evaluation of successful marketing campaigns.
