Our client, a leading Telecommunications Provider, seeks a results-oriented Construction Manager II to join their growing team. As a Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Title: Construction Manager II

Location: Boston, MA

Pay Range: $45-49

What’s the Job?

  • Manage all aspects of civil construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

  • Ensure all contractors and vendors meet Ericsson's standards, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges, adapting existing methods to ensure project success.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and updates.

  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Conduct site inspections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Prepare and maintain construction-related documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on civil work.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency in construction management software and project management methodologies.

  • Working knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
