Robert Half Account Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are seeking a highly motivated individual for an Account Manager position based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role will primarily involve conducting thorough investigations on corporations, government entities, and individuals, with a focus on local and national issues that impact homeownership and economic fairness. The successful candidate will also be required to analyze company financials to identify vulnerabilities and unethical behaviors, and collaborate with various stakeholders to gather information and develop strategies. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed research to uncover information that can be used in advocacy campaigns.

• Investigate individuals such as corporate executives and politicians to hold them accountable for unethical practices.

• Analyze company financials to identify vulnerabilities and unethical behaviors.

• Work collaboratively with community stakeholders, and other organizations to gather information and develop strategies.

• Synthesize findings into reports, summaries, and talking points for use in advocacy efforts.

• Assist in creating press releases and public statements.

• Organize and maintain a comprehensive repository of research findings.

• Assist in developing and executing advocacy strategies and participate in events and campaigns.

• Engage with low- and moderate-income communities, churches, job sites, and events.

• Participate in regular training sessions. Requirements • Proven experience in an Account Manager role or similar is essential

• Demonstrable skills in Campaign Planning and execution

• Strong Communication skills both verbal and written

• Superior Customer Service skills with a focus on maintaining client relationships

• Must have a background in Journalism or related field

• Should be open for required travel as part of job responsibilities

• Proficient in Computer Research methods and techniques

• Ability to Conduct Investigations when necessary

• Experience with Corporate Social Media and Networking platforms

• Familiarity with News Media and News Releases creation

• Experience working with Independent Contractors

• Knowledge of Human Subjects Research is a plus

• Proficiency in Photo Research and Manual Research methods

• Prior experience in handling Complaint Investigations

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
