Develop high speed test solutions (algorithms, patterns & coverage) to ensure compliance with datasheet for industry’s fastest Graphics memory solutions. Develop software infrastructure with an emphasis on re-usability, finding commonality, minimizing duplication within network, and extracting maximum goodness out of tester hardware. Use modern software techniques to improve automation and efficiency of tasks. Seek out opportunities to simplify our approach to testing across similar product families, common code, common patterns, etc. Develop and support common data tools that improve product insight generation. Support R&D by interacting closely with Product Engineering & Collaborate with SIG and Equipment Engineering to define specification for next generation of low cost, low footprint test equipment. Propose innovative solutions to digitize and automate existing manual processes. Utilize his understanding of the functionality of advanced memory devices as defined in product data sheets to analyze device yield and testing issues. Develop and implement functionality monitors. Develop and prove methods to reduce test time while maintaining test completeness. Interface with outside engineering groups to accomplish testing activities. Develop and maintain test strategies and programs for volatile and non-volatile Memory products. Collaborate with various engineering and production groups to ensure test program, infrastructure, and system readiness for new product introduction as well as high volume manufacturing. Improve device yield, reliability and quality through test condition optimization, advanced redundancy analysis schemes, data analysis and test equipment hardware optimization. Provide efficient and innovative solutions for production test flow optimization with groundbreaking test time reduction methodologies. Develop and release test programs to production in a timely manner. Assist process and production teams by providing necessary engineering expertise to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Write test programs and support scripts in C++, Python. Balance test time objectives while maintaining optimal yield and quality. Contribute input and feedback to help define next generation design for test capabilities.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field followed by five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in job offered or five (5) years in a Test Solutions Engineer-related occupation.
