Location: 100% REMOTE (Central & Eastern Time Zones ONLY)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist . This role requires in-depth knowledge of technical customer service principles, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate will provide high-level technical support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain and enhance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support and assistance to customers and consultants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Identify, test, and document defects in tracking systems for resolution by the development team.
• Collaborate with internal teams (escalation, development, functional) to drive issue resolution.
• Implement and support advanced features and integrations of application suites to ensure high availability and optimal backend processes.
• Write and execute SQL queries to support troubleshooting and data-related requests.
• Modify site configurations based on best practices for application and interface support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree (BS/BA) in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a B2B technical customer service or implementation role .
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Strong knowledge of database technologies , including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a production support environment .
• Familiarity with healthcare software and industry regulations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and consultative skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Open to feedback and committed to a collaborative team approach .
