Jacobs Project Coordinator (Boise/ID) in Boise, Idaho

We’re helping our clients innovate and grow by designing, engineering, and executing the construction of some of the most advanced manufacturing facilities that are changing our world.  As a Project Coordinator, you’ll join our collaborative team, providing our client with design, engineering, and project delivery.

As a Facilities Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for all projects within your assigned area, coordinating all aspects of a project, including being responsible for many projects on converging and conflicting timelines. You’ll ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and with minimum confusion. You’ll promote long-term relationships with their customers and trade groups. You’ll work alongside Construction Trades, Engineering, Engineering Coordinators, Operations Coordinators, and the manufacturing Area Coordinators, overseeing the project from initial creation to final close out of financials.

This position requires you to be onsite four (4) days in Boise, ID and work from home one (1) day a week.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator overseeing projects from initial creation to final close out of financials

  • Ability to develop and understand policies, procedures, and department objectives and apply that knowledge when making decisions

  • Ability to influence others, build consensus, lead meetings, and resolve conflict

  • Proven project management skills, including; estimation, budget management, schedule development (milestones, critical path, & detailed tasks)

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and in a rapidly changing environment

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong focus on accuracy

  • Ability to be guided by project or department objectives to independently determine best methods for delivering results

  • In-depth knowledge of the organizational roles of a construction and maintenance organization.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
