Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Mail Support Specialist in Boise, ID!
Pay rate: $ 23.50/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a -12p (Part time - 20+ hours weekly)

Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
Performs a variety of support functions to support the department
Handles multiple projects and may assist in compiling data and generating reports
Will be working with all the incoming mail
Open, scan mail, distribute to correct departments
Process payments
Create reports
Will go to post office as needed
Education/Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience requirements:
1+ years of Administrative/Mail experience
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Mail scanning experience a plus
Landscape software experience a plus
Strong communication and time management skills

Pay Details: $23.50 per week
