We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a meticulous HR Specialist in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for managing various HR functions within our company. They will be tasked with extracting and integrating data points between different systems, automating reports, and performing data analytics. This role also involves understanding and applying HR metrics and KPIs such as employee turnover, time to hire, and cost per hire.

Responsibilities:

• Proficient use of different HRIS systems to manage HR functions

• Efficient extraction and integration of data points between different systems

• Automation of reports and conducting data analytics

• Development and implementation of interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization

• Understanding and application of HR metrics and KPIs such as employee turnover, time to hire, cost per hire

• Analysis and interpretation of HR data to uncover insights and trends

• Identification and analysis of trends in HR data

• Proficient use of ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and HCM among other skills

• Administration of benefits and compensation

• Compliance with hiring processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Extensive experience in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and protocols

• Experience in Hiring Processes

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
