SUMMARY
Accommodates guests of the hotel by performing the following duties:
Exhibit a professional demeanor with a willingness to assist guests whenever possible.
Provide an excellent guest experience within the property\'s service standards and brand attributes.
Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multitask.
Contribute to a positive, empowering work environment by consistently performing assigned day-to-day responsibilities.

Answer property questions; provide accurate information regarding hotel amenities, rooms, restaurants, and directions.
Performs all front desk duties including check-in, check-out, room assignments, and guest key issue.
Verify charges, collect payment and post to the corresponding guest folio in an accurate and efficient manner.
Assist in the coordination of the Front Desk and all supportive departments, maintaining housekeeping standards and maintenance schedule.
Respond to and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.
Complete all duties in accordance with property standards and adhere to all company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the property.
