St. Luke's Health System Data Integrity Specialist- Center for Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Boise, Idaho
Overview

Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm onsite.
What You Can Expect:
Supports internal and external requestors (patients, third parties, attorneys, and SLHS departments) by fulfilling medical record requests and managing ROI (Release of Information) phone calls and emails.
Monitors, evaluates, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of patient health records by identifying and correcting inconsistencies in the electronic health record (EHR).
Responds to staff inquiries regarding patient health records, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Assists in planning, defining, testing, and implementing improvements for data collection, verification, and reporting.
Creates, modifies, and analyzes moderately complex reports to support data accuracy and integrity.
Collaborates with various departments to develop and maintain accuracy models for health information management.
Acts as a mentor and role model by providing training to staff, resolving challenges, and addressing complex issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
