About the team

Shared Delivery Teams (SDT) are optimized for deep technical mentorship, customer engagement delivery, on-going training, career development, specialized recruiting, and rapid new hire on-boarding. Delivery specialists in this area are deployed to customer and partner engagements across all customer segment teams as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • BS level technical degree or equivalent experience (Computer Science or Engineering background);

  • 8+ years of experience on large-scale software development or application engineering with recent coding exposure to two or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Swift, Node.js, Python, Go, or Ruby;

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles and technical leadership;

  • Experience in architecting, designing and programming applications in an AWS Cloud environment, with serverless and containers.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish or Portuguese, in technical and business settings (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading projects in Refactoring, Re-writing and Decoupling applications;

  • Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD);

  • Experience with designing and building distributed applications with Hybrid Architectures for high available, secure and reliable systems.

  • Experience with configuration management platforms (e.g., Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible) and hands on familiarity with Infra as a code;
