Job Description

We are looking for a VES Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position onsite in Boca Raton .

What You’ll Do

  • Exercise independent judgment utilizing pre-defined guidelines

  • Address, respond to, and resolve registered owner of vehicle (ROV) lookup issues utilizing the Unicenter Service Desk application

  • Perform ROV queries using the TLO skip tracing application

  • Use TLO to evaluate the history of a license plate to determine necessary Vector updates to customer information

  • Review and audit daily reports received from CCSS in which customer demographics are incomplete

  • Interact with various departments and personnel, such as Quality Assurance, Correspondence, Call Center staff, and SunPass Operations Management

  • Assist interoperability partners with account creation and registrant lookups

  • Create and update various reports as requested by Supervisor/Management

  • Enter and update Vector with complete and accurate notes and vehicle information when required based on pre-established guidelines

  • Perform all job functions in a manner that will achieve compliance with established performance measures

  • Perform other duties or special projects as required

What You'll Need

  • A prerequisite of a minimum of 3 months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, or Correspondence Analyst

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
