Job Description
We are looking for a VES Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position onsite in Boca Raton .
What You’ll Do
Exercise independent judgment utilizing pre-defined guidelines
Address, respond to, and resolve registered owner of vehicle (ROV) lookup issues utilizing the Unicenter Service Desk application
Perform ROV queries using the TLO skip tracing application
Use TLO to evaluate the history of a license plate to determine necessary Vector updates to customer information
Review and audit daily reports received from CCSS in which customer demographics are incomplete
Interact with various departments and personnel, such as Quality Assurance, Correspondence, Call Center staff, and SunPass Operations Management
Assist interoperability partners with account creation and registrant lookups
Create and update various reports as requested by Supervisor/Management
Enter and update Vector with complete and accurate notes and vehicle information when required based on pre-established guidelines
Perform all job functions in a manner that will achieve compliance with established performance measures
Perform other duties or special projects as required
What You'll Need
- A prerequisite of a minimum of 3 months of experience as an Image Verifier, Customer Care Specialist, or Correspondence Analyst
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
