TEKsystems Campaign Project Manager in Boca Raton, Florida

Description:

Seeking a Manager of Strategic Campaigns who will be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment between the organization’s goals and the development of business strategies and marketing campaigns to meet those objectives. This role will create, develop, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns for a range of products and services across the company. The ideal candidate will own the execution of customer upgrade programs and have a passion for strategy, structure and organization. He/she will understand how to accomplish business and communications goals; how to support goals with a vision for execution and storyline; and how various assets support a branding story and sales funnel. Ideal candidate will have strong influential leadership capabilities and enjoy motivating cross functional teams towards a unified goal of providing a superior CX and creating brand ambassadors in our customer base. He/she will drive business objectives and own strategy and execution of testing, promotions, upgrades and upsells across all CX related tactics including DM, email, SMS, and the digital experience supporting these tactics.

• Diagnose inconsistencies and objectively evaluate the need for customized solutions.

• Manage initiatives with cross-functional teams to pursue growth opportunities, cost savings opportunities & ways internally to become more efficient & effective

• Ability to uncover best practices and areas of concern in adoption of strategy and addresses directly with relevant leaders

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Create, develop and implement ideas for innovative marketing campaigns to support sales growth, existing customer upgrades and engagement initiatives leveraging insights and analytics

• Analyze data (campaign results, conversion rates, ROI, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing and customer engagement strategies

• Work closely with Business Intelligence and pricing teams for promotional analysis, modeling of business impact and obtain approvals for strategic segmentation and targeting.

• Own development of testing design, strategic initiatives KPIs and success metrics

• Own calendarized approach to all projects and manage socialization of comms calendar and channel inclusion.

• Ensure tactics are executed and tracked accordingly, shifting strategy if needed to optimize ROI

• Collaborate with cross channel leaders and EC team members to strategically develop, design and deploy campaigns through email, direct mail, in-app and SMS channels

• Develop and lead the end-to-end campaigns, both tactical and integrated, in partnership with the marketing and CX teams

• Continuously test, assess, and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary

• Develop quarterly campaign topic focus and consult with teams across marketing for campaign topic buy-in

• Oversee the quality of the content created by creative services to ensure that it aligns with campaign strategy

• Focus on go-to-market priorities to meet business KPIs

• Establish test design and metrics for all upgrade initiatives and regularly report out on results

• Prioritize Existing Customer projects, timelines, and deliverables for the Existing Customer org.

• Strong financial understanding of promotionally based tactic impacts. Eye always on NPV, but a willingness to test into cohorts where financials result in long term LOS impacts and attrition mitigation to prove out viable new opportunities.
