Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

As a Project Manager, you'll scope and prioritize project requests, create and maintain R to L project timelines aligning with requested milestones from internal customers. You'll work closely with our Center of Innovation to track progress and create Gate Reviews. You will participate in the development of optimized processes supporting Advanced Manufacturing and the Centers of Innovation. Your role will include ensuring deliverables from other groups are identified and communicated. You'll also create a visual process flow to help others understand the overall vision and communicate timeline, gates, KPIs effectively to all stakeholders. Part of your role will be working with internal customers on communication expectations, cadence, and content. You will also utilize tools such as FMEA and RASCI and finance models to help align resources and goals.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years project manager in product development or manufacturing environment

• 1+ year experience with Agile project management methods

• Phase gate experience

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally

• Ability to visualize and communicate complex processes

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bloomington, Minnesota and some days remote.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role where you will work cross-functionally to design and integrate custom manufacturing solutions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various team members, including Matt.
