About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and committed Project Manager for a contract-to-hire position. Your role will involve a blend of project management and client interaction, where you will drive project execution while fostering strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and overseeing the completion of projects in line with company and client objectives.

• Developing robust project plans and managing any changes in project scope, schedule, and cost. • Actively engaging with clients, maintaining open lines of communication, and continually updating them on project status.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Understanding and anticipating client needs and proactively looking for solutions.

• Assessing potential project risks and devising installation strategies.

• Ensuring project deadlines are met and project budgets are maintained.

• Reporting on project progress, outcomes, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in the low voltage industry.

• Proven experience in a client-facing role; excellent customer service skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in project management software.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
