Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator/Manager in our Service industry office located in Bloomington, Minnesota, United States. The Project Coordinator will be chiefly responsible for creating, maintaining, and validating project plans, and ensuring the accuracy of project portfolio reporting. This role will also involve supporting projects throughout all stages and assisting in clearing roadblocks for projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and validate project plans with input from various team members

• Ensure the accuracy of project portfolio reporting to drive the SDLC process

• Support large projects throughout all stages of the process

• Assist in clearing roadblocks for projects that do not have a project manager assigned

• Regularly update project status with the project teams

• Coordinate technical, business, or construction projects as required

• Leverage your skills in Microsoft Excel, Communication, Project Coordination, Project Management, Project execution, and IT project management

• Utilize Agile methodologies in coordinating and managing projects./

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Project Coordination/Manager role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Demonstrable experience in Project Coordination and Project Management

• Proven track record in successful project execution

• Experience in IT project management is a must

• Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines concurrently

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

• Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative
