Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Billing Analyst to join our team in the Hi Tech Engineering industry, located in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role involves the control of the invoicing process for sales of revenue management software solutions and reconciling various GL accounts, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Control the invoicing process for sales of revenue management software solutions to hospitality-based clients

• Communicate with clients (internal and external) to resolve invoicing questions

• Apply revenue recognition criteria to record revenue on client sales

• Reconcile and analyze various GL accounts and associated cost center reports

• Prepare schedules and work papers for auditors

• Prepare various analytical reports for management as required

• Assist in preparing month-end closing reports

• Work with accounting software systems such as Oracle and SAP

• Handle invoicing and billing controls associated with sales contracts

• Manage cost accounting, budgets, and multi-currency operations

• Read and analyze financial statements

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Utilize MS Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiently. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Billing Analyst role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC) is necessary

• Working knowledge of IBM AS/400 is essential

• Experience with About Time software is a plus

• Must have prior experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is vital

• Experience in Claim Administration processes is required

• Knowledge of Collection Processes is a must
