Construction Project Manager
Job Description We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who is proficient in the following areas: leadership, project management and client service. Additionally, a successful candidate will be well versed in the following areas: trim carpentry, rough framing, drywall, basic plumbing and electrical, hardwood and laminate flooring, tile, painting, cabinetry, etc.
Responsibilities This will include, but not be limited to:
- Management and direction of construction crew daily activities
- Reading blue-prints and interpreting scopes of work
- Deciding work assignments of construction crew
- Ensuring construction crew efficiency and quality of work
- Managing multiple projects different levels of complexity and completion
- Review percentage of completion for pay applications
- Secure approval for scope deviations to use in change order issuance
- Personal skill and ability with:
- Trim Carpentry
- Rough Framing
- Drywall
- Basic Plumbing and Electrical
- Hardwood and Laminate Flooring
- Tile
- Painting
- Cabinetry
