Your responsibilities:
Ensure Production is scheduled correctly to achieve on time shipments (right time, right part, right quantity), optimized FG Inventory & Manufacturing Cost
Conduct production planning and scheduling activity and ensure efficient planning and optimized resource utilization (equipment, resources, etc.)
Coordinate S&OP file updates (joined effort with Customer service) for all required cross-functional inputs
Manage variations confirmed by Customer service team or constraints coming from Manufacturing area and confirm/agree new production plans and schedules
Daily contact with customer, processing orders and shipments, monitoring demand variation, KPI’s
Analyze performance indicators and report results
Our requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
Very good command of English language (used in everyday work)
Higher education (directional in the area of Logistics is welcome)
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and the SAP system
Ability to work in a team and build relationships, openness and communication
Knowledge of the Lean Management will be an additional advantage
Project management experience will be an additional sets
