Adecco US, Inc. Maintenance Manager in Birmingham, Alabama
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Talladega, AL area to recruit and hire a Maintenance Manager.
The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition. The maintenance Manager will also be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, guidance, coaching, and support.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance functions to meet optimal production output.
Leading the maintenance department, making sure all technicians are trained and qualified to perform tasks effectively and safely.
Collaborating with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities.
Conducting regular inspections of machinery, identifying issues, and coordinating timely repairs and updates.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing measures to promote a safe working environment.
Tracking expenses and managing maintenance budgets, optimizing resources for cost-effective operations.
Implementing maintenance and preventative programs to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency
Identifying opportunities for improvements in cost efficiency, quality, operations, and safety.
Creating and maintaining a reporting system to track progress of projects and maintenance objectives, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Utilizing data and analytics to assess equipment performance and recommending improvements.
Maintaining a maintenance management system for work orders, spare parts, and equipment history.
Addressing plant or equipment emergencies which may be outside regular working hours.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in Maintenance or Engineering field.
3+ years of experience managing/supervising maintenance, engineering, or project teams.
Strong working knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance strategies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Budget management experience.
Experience with manufacturing and maintenance tools/software

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
