Description
Seeking an experienced Contract Administrator Manager to oversee the creation and management of contracts. The ideal candidate for this role is a well-organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who has a deep understanding of legal documents and contract law.
Manage the creation, review, and implementation of company contracts.
Monitor and ensure the execution of contracting processes and policies.
Develop strategies for contract negotiations and oversee the negotiation process.
Oversee the maintenance of organized and updated contract files and contract management system.
Liaise and coordinate with legal advisors for the drafting and verification of contractual agreements.
Work collaboratively with different departments to assess and manage contractual risks and issues.
Regularly report on the status of contracts, upcoming renewals, and negotiation progress.
Train and manage team members responsible for contracts administration.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, Contract Manager, or relevant role.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts and business implications.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively and efficiently.
