Job Description Insitu has an immediate need for a SharePoint Admin/Business Systems Analyst to act as a main point of contact working with various groups within the company to provide solution design, implementation, and support for the SharePoint environment. Responsibilities with SharePoint will include: Troubleshooting and support Creating new SharePoint pages Modifying existing SharePoint pages with customer feedback and requirements Working with outside vendors and internal IT to monitor, maintain, and secure the environment Working with stakeholders to design and implement solutions Advising and assist stakeholders to improve and innovate Providing input and recommendations on the overall SharePoint architecture Assisting to identify, assess, and define opportunities Prioritizing and managing requirements to facilitate solution delivery Required Education and Experience: 6-9 years with bachelor's degree or 4-7 years with Master's degree or comparable combination of education and experience. Proven experience with SharePoint and SharePoint portals Previous experience working with data models Ability to identify and formalize business needs, convert them into user stories and/or test cases. Strong analytical, critical thinking and information processing skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to influence, persuade and initiate change Ability to set priorities and to perform tasks Hybrid role, must work onsite in Bingen, WA, as needed, on average once per quarter.
