Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate ideation and early-stage design processes

  • Innovate and design gameplay mechanics and flow

  • Imagine,designand iterate prototypes with team

  • Communicate and present ideas to internal and external partners

  • Build andmaintainGame Design Documents

  • Leverage player needs, audience profiles and other insights to define the right product value propositions

  • Examination of player eco-systems for trends and behavior.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience with digital product development thinking from ideation to concept to final

  • Passion to create and work with creative team members to build amazing games

  • Thrives upon change. Comfortable prototyping and working with iterative development process

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English

  • Strong interest in the game development process, from start to launch

  • Passion for playing a variety of games

  • Systematic approach to design, with the ability to prioritize according to relevant needs.

Ideal candidates should have a diverse range of interests and passions to draw inspiration from. Experience with game creation engines such as UEFN, Unreal, or Unity 3D is preferred.

Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
