ALTERNATIVES INC OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - Swing Shift in BILLINGS, Montana
The OPS shall have overall responsibility for monitoring, delegating, coordinating, and documentation of all security functions with Alternatives, Inc. residential program including urinalysis testing, agenda checks, Home Confinement checks, etc. In so doing, he/she shall work toward fostering mature, professional growth among CA staff members and motivating them to adhere to SOPs and provide firm, fair, and consistent security services in a team setting which is supportive of a crime-free lifestyle. The OPS must be able to organize, manage time effectively, and keep records orderly and up to date. The OPS must exhibit skills necessary in dealing with a subordinate staff by assuming a positive attitude and holding the staff accountable to their job descriptions.
