Overview

The People Business Partners are accountable for People & Capability [P&C, formerly named Human Resources] management in support of a business or geography. We partner with business leaders to design and implement a people strategy that advances the business and drives performance. More importantly, we take care of and manage our employees’ lifecycle. We're looking for a people specialist to support P&C operations in Eastern Europe Division . The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, dedicated, and act with discretion at all times.

Role

In this position, you will/may:

• Have a first exposure to all activities in the domain of P&C within Eastern Europe Division

• Respond to basic inquiries from managers and employees regarding P&C policies

• Assist with initiatives and projects in areas of workforce planning, rewards, employee engagement

and training

• Work with Centers of Excellence [Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Learning & Development and HR Business Analytics] and GBSC [Global Business Services Center] to ensure programs, processes and initiatives are successfully implemented and managed

• Manages timely coordination and execution of day-to-day People and Capability activities by working with key stakeholders across the business

• Assist in vendor management

• Extract data from Workday [our HR system] for reporting purposes and/or internal use,

• Build cross-functional relationships with employees, People Business Partners and leaders across the business

• Manages People and Capability activities including new hire orientation, off boarding, maintaining employee records, and files, paperwork and visa coordination

• Conducts analysis of People and Capability metrics and summarizes findings and implications
