Description

Robert Half is seeking a Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients remotely on a temporary engagement. As a Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to provide comprehensive support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve interaction with high profile and public-facing clients, contributing significantly to the team's efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, correspondence, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.

• Utilize various software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and ADP - Financial Services to perform tasks efficiently.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries swiftly and professionally.

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure effective time management.

• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to support legal proceedings.

• Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations to stay updated with industry trends.

• Draft legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and agreements to provide legal assistance.

• Prepare and distribute invoices to clients, ensuring all billing information is accurate and up to date.

• Maintain a comprehensive and accurate client database and manage client relationships.

• Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is preferred.

• Familiarity with 'About Time' time management tool.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.

• Must have strong data entry skills.

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in drafting and managing correspondence.

• Proven ability to manage and maintain documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
