THE ROLE

724 Management is a talent management company that is a subsidiary of Live Nation Entertainment. They are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Strategy Manager responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote 724 Management clients and the entirety of their endeavors. They will work closely with the artists, artist managers, labels, agents and other partners to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with fans and drive exponential growth in all areas.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Create digital marketing plans to promote albums, singles, live events, product launches, film and television endeavors both in the US and internationally.

  • Collaborate with artists, record labels, and promotional teams to identify and build target audiences.

  • Manage social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns alongside internal and external teams

  • Oversee the production of promotional materials and advertising content.

  • Analyze market trends and artist digital presence and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Supervise the development and execution of high-level groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns and build growth strategies for both established and developing artists in the Music space, leading to follower growth and consumption

  • Monitor campaigns in real-time, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Create post-mortem analyses to quantify the impact of each campaign and measure effectiveness of each tactic

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day social media strategy, website, and CRM strategies for Artist Management Company’s artists

  • Use expert-level knowledge of social platforms and social content strategies when partnering with artists and management to craft a social narrative and content strategy that elevates their brands and drives fandom, cultural conversation and music consumption

  • Work with artist directly, artist management and external departments to develop and maintain an editorial calendar across all social platforms

  • Partner with external creators and creatives to develop high-performing short-form content for artists

  • Work with label partners to develop and execute paid media campaigns and CRM strategy for each artist

  • Build and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives and participate in regular update meetings

  • Manage online budgeting market spends

  • Lead strategy and execute new business opportunities in the digital space

  • Oversee digital sales and production teams at labels and interface with executives at key digital services such as iTunes, You Tube, and Spotify

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Strong experience in digital strategy at a record label, distributor or comparative organisation

  • Experience of successfully managing teams in a cross-departmental business

  • A well-established network of industry relationships, including but not limited to: labels, international distribution partners, editorial, content and business development contacts

  • A good working knowledge of digital technologies, metadata standards and service deals

  • A proven track record of successful digital strategy and campaigns, as well as social strategy experience

  • Must have experience managing direct reports in a leadership role

  • Outstanding organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and expertise in social media content strategy

  • Passion for fan-focused digital strategies with a problem-solving attitude to see projects through completion

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, tight timeframe, and team-oriented environment

  • Knowledge on how to “move the needle” online, be it driving consumption, engagement, or growth

  • Impeccable follow-up and follow-through

  • Experience in managing social label or brand accounts

  • A deep professional understanding of interactive technologies and communication tools, including: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Discord, Website strategy, Email/CRM strategy

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

$104,000.00 USD - $130,000.00 USD
