Adecco has an opportunity for an Entry Level - Procurement Analyst in Bethpage, NY. We are looking for friendly, reliable, responsible individuals to work in a Office environment. Temp opportunity. Pay Rate $23.00/HR.

M-Friday 8:30am-5:30PM Hybrid schedule (3 days office-2 Days remote)

Responsibilities

The Entry Level - Procurement Analyst will Communicating on Clients behalf with Vendors, Review and validate of Purchase Orders/PO execution from placement to receipt. Invoice Reviewing via Oracle system. Reviewing requisitions and turning them into purchase orders.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, and/or experience in Oracle 12, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Data Entry.

• Understanding Escalations and Urgencies

• Ability to quickly learn, be "hands-on" and feel comfortable using new software applications.

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and interpersonal skills

• Ability to quickly learn and create documentation with screen captures that you can refer to for repeat issues.

• Must be tech savvy, with the ability to quick navigate through MS Windows, Internet Explorer, and have strong abilities in Microsoft Office; MS Access

• Time Manage, Team player with the ability to multitask and communicate with team.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
