Description We are looking for a diligent Receptionist for our operations in Bethesda, Maryland. This role involves managing multiple projects while maintaining a positive attitude. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, thus, effective communication skills are a must. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized records.

• Handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

• Utilize interpersonal skills to maintain a friendly and welcoming environment.

• Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to complete assignments and tasks.

• Keep files and documents well-organized for easy accessibility.

• Schedule appointments accurately, ensuring no conflicts in scheduling.

• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.

• Handle any other receptionist duties as assigned, maintaining flexibility and adaptability in the role. Requirements • Proficient in answering multi-line phone systems

• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Organizational skills for maintaining and organizing files

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and manage calendars.
