We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic full-time Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position is based in the firm's Bethesda, MD-based office and reports to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for the success of our campus recruiting and other recruiting strategies that support our staffing needs at all levels.

This is a hybrid position: two days in office, three days work-from-home.

Essential Functions:

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including initial screenings, in office and virtual interviews, campus events/job fairs and helping management retain quality candidates. Perform annual evaluations on campus relationships to ensure best utilization of effort.

  • Lead firmwide internship program.

  • Work with departmental leaders to identify staffing needs and ideal experienced and inexperienced candidates.

  • Work to source a diverse candidate pool from a variety of sources, such as on-line job boards, LinkedIn and other social media vehicles, job fairs, etc.

  • Manage the firm’s candidate pipeline for both on-campus and experienced hire candidates in our Applicant Tracking System.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with outside recruiters on a year-round basis.

  • Provide necessary information to the Senior Human Resources Generalist for the development and delivery of a competitive offer letter.

  • Participate in professional associations, attend association meetings, and stay abreast of changes in the HR profession as it relates to public accounting firms.

  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral for the firm’s recruiting program.

  • Assist in planning various corporate events.

  • Firm involvement in various activities to promote the firm among professionals seeking employment.

  • Manage and create job postings.

  • Compile and send reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or psychology.

  • At least 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably with campus recruiting events at a professional services firm.

  • Experience with modern recruiting methods using LinkedIn and other tools.

  • Possesses excellent interviewing skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.

  • Relates and communicates with all levels of personnel.

  • Maintains a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.

  • Displays sound, dispassionate judgment at all time.

  • Exhibits consistent attention to detail and follow-up.

  • Acts as a team-player, is flexible, and exhibits a high level of patience.

  • Works well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

  • Comfortable prioritizing a diverse and demanding workload.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Able to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.

  • Maintains a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
