Assist Individuals living with intellectual delays and disabilities with daily living activities, including health and hygiene management, cooking, cleaning and recreation. Document daily activities by completing shift reports, incident reports and individual progress reports. Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional and personal needs of the Individuals served.
