Adecco is currently hiring for an Assembly Operator role for our client that has an award-winning reputation in Thermoforming Solutions in Berthoud, Colorado. The pay rate is $19-$22 per hour working 1st shift, Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:20 pm. There is currently mandatory overtime on Friday. The Assembly Operator's primary function is to perform assembly tasks and ensure a high-quality product is ready to send directly to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sanding, gluing, cleaning, packaging of product on a frequent basis.

• Using pneumatic glue guns, pneumatic orbital sander, and assorted power and hand tools on a frequent basis.

• Clean work environment daily.

• Using assorted tools, chemicals, and techniques that meets customer and company requirements and prepares packages for shipment.

• Read and follow process instructions diligently.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skillset:

• Team oriented required.

• Detailed oriented with strong attention for accuracy required.

• Read, write, and be conversant in the English language required.

• Ability to perform basic computerized time clock data entry required.

• Minimum of three months' assembly experience preferred .

• Ability to use measurement equipment (i.e., calipers, height gauges, tape measures) preferred.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
