ManpowerGroup Financial Business Analyst in Bernards, New Jersey

Our client is seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Business Analyst, you will be part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department supporting various business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Financial Business Analyst

Location: Basking Ridge, NJ

What's the Job?

  • Develop and analyze financial models, tools, and corresponding assumptions used to evaluate the profitability of business cases within the Growth & Revenue team.

  • Independently partner with the business to develop costing/profitability models and reports to ensure linkage between business case and business transformation teams.

  • Prepare financial presentation materials and formal business case documents for use with senior leadership.

  • Interpret and evaluate monthly analysis of business trends, including budget variance of financial results and Key Performance Indicators to identify areas of risk and opportunities.

  • Effectively write and understand SQL code for validation of revenue for the business partners.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Math, or four or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience in financial analysis and modeling.

  • Experience in the technology and/or telecommunications industry is a plus.

  • Proficiency in financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies.

  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives and project management.
