<p>Wayfair’s Berlin office is looking for a talented Business Associate for our Stores &amp; Geos team to help manage our international storefronts, product catalog and customer and supplier-facing interfaces! This is a great opportunity to directly impact the development of our global business and to ensure that our customers have the best shopping experience on our international sites.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This role provides a mix of project management, business operations, strategy and cross-functional collaboration within global teams. <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Develop a detailed understanding of business operations, project management and cross-functional problem solving in an international e-commerce company</li>

<li>Collaborate with partner teams to contribute to the development of tools</li>

<li>Orchestrate quality checks of supplier- and customer-facing UI/UX interfaces</li>

<li>Independently manage projects, eg. with tech and/or commercial partners</li>

<li>Execute on data-driven projects to improve product quality, identify process improvement opportunities and potential blockers, or implement new business ideas&nbsp;</li>

<li>Root cause bugs and identify solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams</li>

<li>Review and analyze quality of machine translations or existing translation workflows for the right balance of cost, quality and speed<em>)&nbsp;</em></li>

<li>Drive operational performance by triaging tickets to improve customer experience</li>

<li>Work within a global team, based in Berlin and Boston, contributing to the company’s targets and support us in our mission to become the best online retailer for home&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, a high level of proficiency in German, additional languages are a plus!</li>

<li>A true team player and comfortable in an international and fast-paced environment</li>

<li>A successful track record of developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working collaboratively and driving cross-departmental projects</li>

<li>Innovative problem-solving skills, dissecting problems and implementing solutions</li>

<li>An analytical mindset and data-driven approach, first experience in working with GSuite&nbsp;</li>

<li>Demonstrated interest/ experience in e-commerce, start-up or management consulting</li>
