If you can use customer data, creativity and attention to detail to figure out how to make a great e-commerce site even better, then we want to talk to you.</p>

<p>We are looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical person for our EU team. Within Wayfair, we act as the voice of the customer through developing deep customer, store, and competitor expertise. By understanding EU customer needs we build a best-in-class online shopping experience catered to their unique needs. This includes developing&nbsp; a best-in-class vision throughout the catalog, leveraging primary and secondary customer and competitor research methods.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The ideal candidate will be innovative, enthusiastic, and customer-focused with great judgment and creative problem-solving skills. This is a unique opportunity to advocate for the needs of our customers and serve as the go-to person for insights on the customer experience.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Conduct customer and competitor research, analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience</li>

<li>Drive improvements to the customer and shopping experience through at-scale projects across multiple categories and geographies</li>

<li>Build relationships with cross-functional, global teams and collaborate with them on centralized projects&nbsp;</li>

<li>Think outside of the box to come up with creative solutions to customer pain points</li>

<li>Adhere to defined best practices and methods/procedures to drive improvements across Wayfair</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Fluency / native level of English &amp; German</li>

<li>Relevant work or internship experience (experience within an e-commerce organization and/or within the home space is a plus)</li>

<li>Strong analytical skills; able to navigate big sets of structured and unstructured data within Excel; familiarity with GBQ a plus</li>

<li>Entrepreneurial, analytical and process-oriented, comfortable learning data analysis&nbsp;</li>

<li>Able to coordinate global, cross-functional projects, providing clear &amp; constructive feedback to other teams and levels</li>

<li>Able to execute priorities effectively and follow through on commitments to meet deadlines</li>

<li>Highly detail oriented; unafraid of complexity</li>

<li>Enthusiastic and positive, with a strong willingness to learn and grow</li>
