Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas Material Handler - Weekend Shift in Berea, Kentucky
Description
Summary:
- Receive production parts, maintenance and other plant supplies into plant.
- Locate all production parts in designated area of warehouse.
- Pull production parts for assembly line as directed by production control and keep accurate inventory on production parts.
- Locate, pull, and ship finished goods to customer as required by releases.
- Bar Code scan shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Possess ability to perform duties utilizing current company software applications (including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and current ERP system). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills required. This position performs job duties in an ethical and professional manner.
- Must be able to operate fork lift in safe and efficient manner.
- Must be able to operate computerized scales.
- Must be able to operate IBM personal computer.
