The Manager, Process Improvement - Digital Tools role is a member the Facility Services Business Strategy team developing, delivering, and maintaining the platforms used educate and serve information to our Field Maintenance Technicians. This key role provides leadership and project management for Technician Enablement platforms, both existing and into the future, and provides the opportunity to collaborate with cross functional teams across the Realty organization.

This is an onsite, individual contributor role based in Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package is available, but we are not considering remote candidates. Travel will be minimal.

You'll make an impact by...

  • Program execution: Hold associates and vendors accountable for completing work to expectations in a timely and accurate manner

  • Analytics and judgement: Identify, review, and apply appropriate policies and procedures to make informed judgements through data and analytics

  • Influence and communicate: Promote ideas and link them directly to the business needs and benefits through building trust and effective communication

  • Adaptability: Demonstrate creativity in the face of challenge and have the ability to adapt to competing demand and shifting priorities

  • Planning and improvement: Plan and pursue a team-based environment through coordination. Includes reviewing work plans, making changes as necessary, setting realistic timelines for goal accomplishments, and improving work process and practices

  • Ethics and compliance: Manage ethics and compliance and instruct associates on how to act in accordance with policies and procedures and support their efforts in doing so

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

  • You're comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, securing buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly

  • You have a proven track record of success leading digital projects, leading teams, managing stakeholders, executing robust process, and meeting deadlines

  • You have experience authoring and managing development within Walmart's internal Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Manager (DAM)

  • You have experience with Agile Product Management and User-Interface/User-Experience (UI/UX) Design

  • You're organized and enjoy creating processes and working with others to create a more connected workplace

  • You have strong communication skills and share ideas with confidence with broad audiences including subordinates, peers, and leadership

  • You have familiarity with Adobe Analytics, and the Adobe AEM platform. Project Management certification is a huge plus!

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
