Our ServiceNow Business Group professionals analyze, design and develop best practice business changes through technology solutions. This role is focused on leading, developing, and executing the GTM strategy for the Public Services industry on the ServiceNow platform.

You are: A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have business development phases of a sales cycle, including account development, opportunity identification, relationship development, and qualification by applying deep sales process and technical expertise.

Your focus is on development of Cloud First opportunities on the ServiceNow platform, partnered with key business development resources from our joint Accenture ServiceNow Business Group.

You develop primary relationships with key Accenture account personnel to identify opportunities to solve client pain points and growth objectives utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies. Additionally, you will support the account personnel in building relationships with key buyers through bringing business and technical expertise to business development conversations. Strategy & Vision:

  • The ServiceNow Integrated Platform Team (IPT) is GTM engine focused on strategic cloud plays across our largest clients in North America. These strategic cloud plays are set up for driving top-line growth, with focus on strategic offerings that will enable achievement of our growth objectives.

  • We have a Pod model which brings in key resources from Accenture and ServiceNow to work together on these specific cloud plays. The engine consists of a senior team from Accenture and ServiceNow that is dedicated to the pursuit enablement process to help Accenture and ServiceNow account teams create deals specific to each of these strategic cloud plays and win them by jointly working together.

  • This role is to be the GTM Industry Lead for these cloud plays that will focus on originating and winning the specific cloud play deals across the NA Market.

    The work:

  • Identify complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs and cloud-oriented solutions

  • Create differentiated opportunities based on ServiceNow Industry offerings and joint go-to-market plays developed through the Accenture ServiceNow Business Group

  • Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading Cloud transformation strategies and practices.

  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

  • Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales origination activities

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 10 years of Business Development or Solution Selling in the professional services ServiceNow space

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in either selling or solutioning deals of $10M

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ServiceNow sales or ServiceNow solution architecture

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

    Bonus points if you have:

  • Relevant experience in the North America market.

  • Previous experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing cloud migration, modernization, cloud native development or cloud managed services.

  • Previous experience of working with ServiceNow technology led cloud deals.

  • Experience working within G2000 customers.

  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.

  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.

  • High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility and character.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
