This role in summary

This role is the Shopper Marketing Brand Analyst in the Integrated Business Unit (IBU) Product Business Unit, responsible for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Storage & Organization Shopper Marketing. This role spans across all retail channels. This person is a critical team member for shopper marketing, working closely with internal partners (key stakeholders include Brand, Product, Sales & Ops teams) along with external partners (such as agencies of record, retailers’ media networks, and 3rd parties). This role requires a shopper-first and strategic marketing mindset with core responsibility to execute go-to-market marketing strategies and plans aligned with Channel Retailer Plans. This position reports to the Senior Brand & Product Marketing Manager, CPG & Storage/Org Brands.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Support marketing planning for Gladiator & Affresh brands across all retail channels, ecommerce & physical.

  • Lead plan execution in partnership with the retailer in tactics such as retail media, online & in-store experience (displays, point-of-purchase, sampling, couponing, subscription), content development & oversight and performance measurement.

  • Strengthen marketing partnership with key retailers and agency partners

  • Serve as primary point-of-contact with marketing teams at the retailers and agency partners

  • Partner with cross-functional product launch teams to build, align, and execute holistic go-to-market plans.

  • Create informed solutions that are grounded in data and research

  • Present marketing plans, updates, and results regularly with the internal sales teams and Quarterly reviews

  • Delivery of projects on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Marketing/Shopper Marketing, Product Development, Media, Brand, eCommerce or Channel Sales

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing

  • Experience in Trade Media/Marketing (Paid, Owned, Earned, Event)

  • Project management, strong time management and organizational skills

  • Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skills

  • Proficient computer skills, Google Suite

  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment, overcome challenges, and manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

  • Strong influencing and consultative skills - includes advocating for the shopper, aligning objective across teams and partnering internally and externally to grow the business and brand equity

  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships

  • Proven analytical skills and ability to successfully integrate different streams of information into conclusive next steps and shareable findings

  • Ability to work with teams cross-collaboratively
