Job Overview
The job objective is to lead, coach / develop and support a team of FMEA Moderator. The AQE supervisor sets, tracks and supports the team in regards to individual and team KPIs, based on a clear strategy and roadmap execution. Your task is to support the AQEs in the project team and meet the customer requirements for FMEA creation for New Product Development (NPD). The AQE supervisor also acts as the first escalation level with link to upper management reporting.
your main tasks:
Manage your team capacity and ressources regarding the FMEA moderation within the product development
Lead, coach and support your team to reach department goals and encourage their individual development
Modern Leadship Mindest – be able to lead your team with vision
Connect your team, counter departments with a holistic communication approach
Ability to moderate FMEA´s using Software “APIS”, D-FMEA and P-FMEA acc. to VDA/AIAG standards.
What you should bring:
Engineer majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering (FH/TH) or equivalent. (B.S. degree)
At least 3 years of professional experience automotive and quality standards related to FMEA topics
Experience in Leading of teams
Experience in FMEA facilitator (Design FMEA / Process FMEA)
Experience with APIS-IQRM Pro FMEA software
Very good communication skills - oral & written - in German and English
Willingness to travel within EMEA
