Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct careto residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Implement physicians ordersand ensure the delivery of prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures.
  • Monitor residents healthand respond promptly to any changes or concerns, documenting all care and observations according to company policy and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the care teamto develop and update individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Administer first aid and emergency carewhen necessary, both for occupational and non-occupational health issues.
  • Work as part of a teamto deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, always prioritizing the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Qualifications:

  • Must be aCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)with a current state certification.
  • Ability to work compassionately and effectively with residents in a senior living environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
