Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract/Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Bensalem, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Job Type: Temporary Contract (Potential for Temp-to-Hire)

Company Overview:

We are a well-established construction company based in Bensalem, PA, seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for this role to become a permanent position. This is an onsite role ideal for someone looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a solid understanding of Accounts Payable functions

• Run and analyze Accounts Payable Aging Reports

• Enter invoices accurately using Spectrum software

• Code invoices appropriately by Phase and Pay Type

• Record ACH transactions (Payments are not part of this role)

• Review and reconcile vendor statements

• Identify and resolve discrepancies by comparing vendor statements to the AP Aging Report

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a construction or related industry

• Experience in ERP accounting software (Spectrum knowledge is a huge plus)

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Strong communication and organizational skills
